ᐅ Schüco Living-S sliding door sticks after closing – causes and possible repairs?

Hello everyone,

Yesterday, when opening the door, I accidentally let go of the handle of our Schüco Living-S sliding door, causing it to slam down hard. Since then, it has become very difficult to open.
Does anyone have experience with this type of sliding door and can advise me on what I should check to make sure it works properly again?
What could have been damaged by the impact?
The sliding door is from the year 2023.
