Hello everyone!

My partner and I have recently gone through several homebuilding guides. They included some tips on saving potential that do not involve doing any of the manual work ourselves.

One major point was hiring different trades separately, as general contractors often add 10-15% to the price to cover possible cost increases.

Do you have any other suggestions for saving money without necessarily lowering quality?

Best regards

Interesting to hear your opinion. The cabinet brand is Alno.
What would you consider a fair price?

€: Measurement and installation will be carried out by the kitchen planner.

For Alno, it is okay... as long as it stays at 9,000 € and also includes the appraisers. I don't know your contract.

Individual prices for the electrical appliances and the sink can be quickly found online. Afterwards, you might be able to assess the price, and then the 9000 euros could seem very cheap or rather expensive. Everything is possible...
