Hello everyone,

a quick question for those of you who have already completed building your house. Was there a moment when you thought, "Oh no, what did we actually choose here? This doesn’t look at all like we imagined it would?"

We are currently having some doubts about the tiles in the hallway. Maybe that will change after the painter has finished and the furniture, especially the staircase, is in place.

How was it for you?

Best regards

The question about the picture was directed to Altai.

Thank you for the relative price assessment.

I find anthracite-colored window frames attractive inside only in very large rooms and especially without additional white curtains in front of them, but I think white is even nicer.
We were very satisfied with our selections and would choose everything the same way again.

Curtains are not going into my house anyway...

Something like this is how I imagine it:

Modern living room with wood-burning stove, windows and landscape outside; sofa on the left, dining table on the right.

Yes, it looks neat and understated there. For us, the windows were visually identical to the ones I have at work, so maybe that's why I didn’t find them that appealing.

At least in aluminum, it looks good—I had experience with this as a window fabricator in the sales branch.

We have the windows in PVC and anthracite color (matte finish), and I am very impressed.

With large windows that have a high glass-to-frame ratio, it looks quite good. However, for smaller windows, such as those in a bathroom, I don’t find it as attractive.
