Hello everyone,
a quick question for those of you who have already completed building your house. Was there a moment when you thought, "Oh no, what did we actually choose here? This doesn’t look at all like we imagined it would?"
We are currently having some doubts about the tiles in the hallway. Maybe that will change after the painter has finished and the furniture, especially the staircase, is in place.
How was it for you?
Best regards
Herr Stein

(for example, the window manufacturer was quite surprised by my opinion of "I also want anthracite-colored windows on the inside!"... that makes me uncertain). At least in aluminum, that looks good—I had that as a window manufacturer in the sales branch.https://www.instagram.com/11antgmxde/

And that probably makes a visual difference, right? That’s exactly why I recommend it. Gealan otherwise offers the same PVC as Kömmerling or other competitors – but with a color integrated into the material during manufacturing instead of the usual foil wrapping. Conceptually, I consider this to be a much more reliable approach.

Sounds interesting, how expensive is something like that? Your solution and approximately per m² (square meter)
Makes me curious, is there already a picture of it in the forum? I can’t give you the final price, but in the end, for a 150cm by 100cm (59 inches by 39 inches) shower, it was about 100 euros more expensive than laid Villeroy & Boch tiles. In the kids’ bathroom, we used a Hoesch shower board, which looked similar and was cheaper (made from “Solique,” a sanitary acrylic plus dolomite composite). There aren’t any pictures yet, just try googling "Corian shower tray." Our builder had a lot of Corian/Kerrock on display, it felt nice and is probably warmer than tiles (we weren’t allowed to install underfloor heating beneath the shower tray).
