Hello everyone,

We are looking for a wood stove. Our requirements are quite specific, which is why we haven’t found a suitable one yet.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

We need around 7-8 kW, room-air independent, either rotating or a panoramic model (preferably panoramic with a see-through view rather than side glass).
The stove will be freestanding. Heat storage would be good but it shouldn’t look like a traditional tiled stove.
Price range up to about 2500€.

We appreciate any tips.

Best regards, milkie

Thank you for your responses.
We will reconsider everything again—whether to pay more or choose a simpler option.

Does anyone here perhaps have experience with fireplace kits? Oranier and Haas+Sohn offer some nice ones for about €2400. Is the installation expensive? Can it be done as a DIY project?

We love our Scan 85... it’s also available as a rotating model! You get a great all-around view, it draws really well, and looks fantastic in the room. The price-performance ratio is also excellent for the quality craftsmanship. €2500 is reasonable for it...

We will receive a Scan83 in one month, which we are looking forward to.

Thank you all as well.
We have now identified the two wood stoves Novaline Perla and Diva (around 2500-2800€), but at the moment we are leaning towards the stove kit from Haas+Sohn Adonis II due to the price.
Does anyone here have experience with such kits? We do have the ideal space for it.

Does anyone have experience with fireplace kits from Haas+Sohn or Nordpeis?
