Hello,
I am not looking for the simple controllers with the adjustment wheel and the 1-5 scale, but rather ones with a digital display, preferably completely button-free as a touch version.

Can you recommend a model? So far, I have only found very inexpensive ones (around 30 euros), and I assume you cannot expect a decent product at that price.

Thank you very much.

The inexpensive touchscreen room thermostats from China, costing around 20€ (about $22), work just as well as the more expensive dial thermostats from well-known manufacturers. The established brands used to have numbers next to the dial because the temperature readings were never accurate; the newer models only have marks instead. For the target temperature, the heating opens up, and it closes again when the temperature is about 1°C (1.8°F) above the set point. In rooms with tiled floors, these differences are more noticeable. The temperature shown on these devices is usually about 1°C (1.8°F) lower than the actual air temperature because the sensor measures directly on the wall. If you're unlucky, you might get one that emits a quiet high-frequency hum. In that case, return it or install it somewhere like the basement or a storage room.

... and in the end, the controlled residential ventilation system with heat recovery is used, which balances the air pressure in the house anyway.
I will definitely include the exemption application for the ERR in the master plan. In my opinion, it’s pointless, adds unnecessary costs, and is unattractive as well.

Yes, that's how it is... there are many ways to reach the goal, and you don't necessarily have to follow the route set by the authorities.
