cuhnieI am planning a bungalow with an uninsulated attic.
Additionally, I would like to cover the roof overhang with plastic profiles (installed at a 90-degree angle to the fascia board).
Now my question:
Are ventilation grilles required or recommended in the area of the eaves for ventilating the roof?
All the houses I have seen so far with plastic soffits do not have ventilation grilles. Is this correct? Or could covering the roof overhang with plastic profiles lead to moisture or mold problems in the roof area?
