Hello everyone,

I have walls upstairs up to the roof, so in the middle about 4.5m (15 feet) high and lower towards the sides according to the roof slope (16°).

What would you do to be able to work up there with two people?
Set up a proper scaffold?
Buy a rolling scaffold?
Rent a rolling scaffold?
Adjustable scaffold trestles with 2 planks?

I found a rolling scaffold that would be ideal for the working height, especially since its height can be roughly halved by removing a module.
Unfortunately, it is only rated for 150 kg (330 lbs).
Two people plus a Fermacell board roughly add up to 200 kg (440 lbs).

Would you maybe put a thicker board on the platform and still work up there with two people, or would you be cautious?

It’s about this rolling scaffold:

Tragbares Metallgerüst auf Rädern mit Querverstrebungen, geeignet für Bauarbeiten

I would appreciate any tips or opinions.
Maybe someone here already has experience with this?

Best regards
Tito

My favorite brand for ladders and mobile scaffolding has always been Bavaria / Mauderer (somewhere in the Allgäu region). Top quality, but not for bargain hunters – although: good tools save trips to the emergency room ;-)

I would be worried that it will fluctuate a lot up there.
