Hello,
due to the announcement of a very windy weekend, I’m wondering whether you raise or lower your roller shutters.
So far, I’ve always kept them down. They do rattle a bit then. Since the upcoming storm is expected to be even stronger, I’m considering whether it might be better to raise them. Opinions online are mixed.

HausiKlausi18 Feb 2022 21:37We always fully open the weather protection. It’s hard to say if it withstands wind loads better than glass. But from a cost and safety perspective, I’d rather have a branch caught in the shutter than in the window glass. With the next category (tree), it wouldn’t matter anyway.
