Hello,

We are currently deciding whether to coordinate with the shell builder to include the roller shutter boxes directly in the shell construction (built-in roller shutters) or to have them delivered together with the windows as a single unit (external roller shutters).

I will look into this further next week, but I wanted to ask in advance: What is the typical price difference between these two options? Are external roller shutters significantly more expensive?

Perhaps someone here happens to be knowledgeable about this topic.

Thank you very much for your attention.

Why do you want a roller shutter box on top???

I do not want them deliberately, but the shell builder recommended them because they are supposed to have better insulation.

I am not referring to roller shutters mounted in front of the window frame, but rather to roller shutters mounted on top of the frame. From the outside, these are plastered over, so there is no visible difference.
