Hello,
in our new build, the roller shutters have now been installed and connected electrically.
When raising them, I noticed that the end point (actually for all the roller shutters!) seems to be set too late in my opinion;
the shutter stop brackets are actually bending at the end because the motor pulls the shutter up too far.
The installer said this is fine, as the shutter is supposed to be raised all the way up.
However, I am concerned that this might not be good in the long run for the roller shutter, the shutter stops, or the motor.
Is this correct, or should the shutter stop never be stressed or loaded like this?

How is it— is it correct like this, or should the roller shutter stopper never actually be subjected to stress or load?Whether it’s the roller shutter stopper or other components, unnecessary stress should be avoided, because eventually "fixed" turns into "broken."Similar topics
