ᐅ Roller shutter control via computer?!

Hello,

I would like to control my roller shutters using switches at the windows, but also have additional control from my computer, including a clear status display and so on.

Why do you want something like that? Does it really bring even the slightest benefit? I’m just wondering what the purpose of it is. You can just use regular switches and that’s fine.

Well, I would like to include a small timer so that it can be set to go down daily at 10 PM and then go back up at 6 AM.
Or maybe even an SMS solution, so it can be controlled via text message. Of course, that’s just for fun, but I think it’s a good idea.

If you don’t know where else to put the money, I would like to do that too. But don’t you think it’s just nonsense and that nobody really needs it?

I think that’s really great too. Why not, it’s very practical. You can get even lazier, which I think is great.

Nice to have everything automatic, I like it.

Oh man, humanity is getting lazier and lazier. 😀 I don’t find that bad at all. After all, you don’t always have to do everything by hand if it’s not necessary.
