Hello,
we are starting construction now and I have a question.
I have looked everywhere but haven’t found anything.
We will install an electric roller shutter on every window. For control, I would like to have it set up so that I can operate each shutter manually via a switch, or control all shutters on a floor or several rooms centrally. I do not want it to be wireless or controlled by smartphone. I hope you can help me with this.

We will also install traditional wiring with a central switch featuring an astro function on each floor.
For this, the appropriate number of phases (wires) must be run to each roller shutter. We are still considering installing seven phases so that each roller shutter can have an additional socket installed in the window reveal (for Christmas decorations, for example).

I have seen suitable roller shutter motors from Rademacher priced at around €100 (approximately $110) each. Astro switches from Rademacher cost between €40 and €60 (approximately $45 to $65) each.
Otherwise, a standard switch program will be used.
I cannot estimate the additional cost for cable materials and labor, as this will be done as DIY work.
