Hello everyone,

our robot vacuum (our daughter calls it Robbie) doesn’t fit under the sofa. We’d like to fix that. It’s only about 1.5 cm (0.6 inches) that’s missing. Ideally, we want something to place under the legs, since replacing the legs is difficult due to their size and design. The round legs have a diameter of 40 mm (1.6 inches). Everything I find when searching for furniture risers or similar products only raises the height by a few millimeters. If possible, it shouldn’t be very noticeable since the sofa legs are quite close to the edge and therefore visible.

Does anyone have any ideas or advice?

Good luck

What are the feet made of? IMAGE?

Either place wood underneath or use foam rubber.

Wood or foam rubber (as I imagine it) is definitely not very attractive.
Here’s an impression. Please ignore the mess; we are in the middle of packing for the move.

Sorry for the rotated picture.

No matter what you put underneath, everything will look "unsexy" as you say. If anything, you would have to completely rebuild the foundation or maybe lower the Robbie a bit 😀

I bought ice hockey pucks for that.

These feet aren’t attractive anyway. Remove them and install something better underneath. Easy.
