I am currently looking for a house and have come across some properties that still have night storage heaters, for example.

My question is, roughly how much would it cost to convert a house completely to gas, and how or from where would such a connection be established?

An approximate cost would be enough for me to estimate what the house would cost with this conversion.

Whether the windows and doors are still in good condition—I’m mainly concerned about the gas heating, whether the price will be rather high or if it’s worthwhile.

How old is the house, for example, does it have night storage heaters? That would bring other factors into consideration besides the doors.

The scout ID itself always works.

Are the original water and sewer pipes still in place? Or what exactly do you mean by the last renovation?

Unfortunately, I only found out on Sunday, and it was not possible to schedule an appointment in advance.

Without having much knowledge, I think the heating system will be the least of the problems.
There must be a reason why there are only pictures of the exterior and none of the interior, especially in the context of "in need of renovation."

I’m curious to hear what you will share.

Of course, I will first take a close look and not rush into anything. I would like to hear your opinions in advance, for example, on what aspects to pay attention to. A new line or pipe is one example.
