ᐅ Requesting recommendations for construction supervisors or site managers

Hello,
we have purchased a plot of land in the south of Munich 🙂 [HR][/HR]Now we are looking for a suitable construction manager or general contractor who can build a turnkey single-family house on our behalf and coordinate all trades. We would like to build a single-family house meeting KfW 70 or KfW 55 standards with modern heating technology (geothermal heat pump or groundwater heat pump).
We would be very grateful for recommendations, preferably based on personal experience with construction projects in this area.

Recommendation: If possible, separate construction management/supervision from the general contractor (GC). In this case, hire an external party who is not involved in sales or construction. 😉

For the building services engineering, also plan for external design/dimensioning before it goes to the system installer!
