Well, unfortunately, the same happened with a project in Saxony. As a screeding company, we installed the screed quickly and have now been waiting for our payment for 6 weeks. No phone contact is possible, and no emails are answered. To all tradespeople, I can only say: stay away or require payment in advance. Regards, Thorsten Schuch from Döbeln. So, here is the current interim status: there are currently three home builders in Saxony experiencing serious issues with the company MA Bauprojekte. I have been told that everything runs smoothly at first, up until the point when a soil survey is conducted; then the first additional costs already arise. At this point, all one can do is continue to spread the negative feedback and hope that many people pass on this information.
