ᐅ Replacement of HANSA Single-Lever Mixer Cartridge

Hello,

The plastic mount of the lever has broken off. I have purchased the corresponding replacement part. However, when I use my wrench, the entire component rotates. Could the thread be calcified? Do I need to hold it in place? Or is the problem caused by something else?
I have labeled the attached picture.

how did you remove the cartridge back then?
I’m experiencing the same problem right now.

The whole part is meant to rotate. I thought it would be fixed because of the seal. In case someone else has this problem again...
