I am new here and hope this is the right place to ask.
The problem is that the roller shutter motor on my sliding / lift-and-slide door is broken and needs to be replaced. I know that the maintenance opening is usually at the bottom, but that is not possible in this case, so the front cover must be removed. However, it was already quite difficult to remove the strip, which is also damaged, along with part of the cover. The window installer is no longer available.
