ᐅ Touching up chipped paint after removing the masking tape

Hello everyone,
when removing the tape, the underlying surface came off in many places.
Any ideas for repairing it?
Or do I have no choice but to redo the entire wall?

I would try to touch it up with a small paintbrush,
if it doesn’t turn out well, you can always redo the wall later.
