Hello,

I have heard that you don’t need to invest a certain amount of money, but you can simply rent out your roof space where solar panels are installed, and then you receive rental payments. How much can you typically earn from this? Is it worth it, and is this possible with any roof?

I've never heard of that before. Are you sure such a thing exists?

Yes, I’m fairly sure such a thing exists, but I’ve only come across it briefly and don’t have any details or know who offers it. I can’t find any proper information on Google. It’s supposed to be offered by a company in Hamburg.

If something like that really exists, that would be great. Because then I could do something useful with my south-facing roof area.

I definitely need to learn more about this. If you have any new information, please share it. I can really imagine doing that.

I have also looked into this before, but I was rejected because my roof is too small. They apparently prefer to install larger systems, but it may vary from company to company.

I’ve heard that it might not be worth it at all. The figures are reportedly rather unfavorable, but I’m in the same situation as you—I don’t have precise information either.
