Hello, can someone give me a rough estimate of the cost to renovate a large commercial building constructed in 1970? Or does anyone have experience with this? It concerns only the exterior walls and windows. I have attached two pictures: one of the building as it is now, and one showing how I envision it. Thanks in advance.

The cheapest option will probably be to build the house inside this hall.

Removing all the concrete around it will already be quite a task.
