I’m interested in a pre-owned property. Since I’m quite young and inexperienced in renovating a house, I’m curious about what costs I should expect. I have a viewing with the owner on Saturday, so it would be helpful to know which areas I should pay special attention to.
Also, feel free to share tips on design and construction work that I definitely should carry out. For the facade, I’m considering either a plaster (render) finish or a slate cladding. What do you think of these options, and how much should I expect to budget for them, etc.?
