We would like to renovate our children’s room, but we are not yet sure whether to just paint or to use wallpaper. I have seen some really cool children’s rooms with wallpaper, and it looks great. Is it possible to paint something like that, or does it only work with wallpaper?
To give you an idea, I will soon upload a photo so you know what I mean.
See you soon

Hi,
children grow up fast. Like with my siblings, don’t make the same mistake of choosing a typical children's wallpaper. Instead, go for either plain WHITE or BABY BLUE. Starting around age 9, they begin to say, “Hey, I want it like my friend’s!”
So it’s better to follow the advice!^^

Hi!
You can also combine painting with wallpaper quite well. Nowadays, there is a huge variety of wallpapers available, which are no longer made exclusively of paper. You can choose between synthetic materials and natural fibers. These options are durable, much easier to remove, and also washable.
Have fun with your renovation! 😀

Hi,
Wallpaper often looks more decorative and offers great patterns, while painting is more flexible and easier to change. You can also combine both really well – for example, one wall with wallpaper as a focal point and the others painted in color. Looking forward to your photo.

The child has long moved out – this thread is that old.
