I am looking for ideas on how to improve the following apartment since renovation is already planned (the windows need to be replaced, along with a basic modernization of the rooms from 1975).
South is at the bottom of the photo.
The apartment is for 2 people. We would like an open living-dining area.
The bathroom definitely needs to be changed. However, a shower is sufficient for us.
We own the entire basement, so we can move the washing machine, etc., down there.
An office as a separate small room would be great. If necessary, it could also be placed in the basement.
What ideas do you have for changes? This forum always offers great advice and new possibilities.
We are currently also considering whether to modify or reduce the size of the balcony or convert it into a terrace.
