This is outrageous...

Self-generators must pay the renewable energy surcharge
Self-supply with renewable electricity is becoming significantly less attractive for homeowners and businesses: According to information from F.A.Z., the coalition plans to uniformly charge them a fee amounting to 40 percent of the currently applicable surcharge under the Renewable Energy Act.

As long as the house’s electrical connection is not yet established, securing a feed-in tariff won’t be possible. Additionally, the inverter still needs to be protected against theft in some way.

Especially since the prices for the systems will certainly adjust to the allocation ... this has always been the case with every reduction in the remuneration so far!

Since our move-in date is planned for November/December 2014, neither of these should be a problem.
The bigger issue is including these costs in the current financial planning. It would have been much easier in 2016 with the expiring building savings contract.
