Hello everyone,
I have the following problem and would like to get some expert opinions on it.
I am currently renovating my condominium (built in 1986).
In the bathroom, which is still under rough construction, all the water pipes (plastic) are exposed.
So it is no problem to replace the pipes there.
However, there is also a guest toilet with a shower.
The water pipes for it run under the screed from the bathroom to the guest toilet.
According to the plumber, the pipes do not need to be replaced.
But I am unsure about this, since I actually want to avoid any issues for the next 20 to 30 years after this renovation.
Should the water pipes be replaced?
If yes, is it sufficient to remove and replace only the part of the screed where the pipes are located, or should the entire screed be renewed?

According to the installer, the pipes do not need to be replaced.I would agree with Grundstück on that, without knowing the exact condition of the pipes.simimimi schrieb:
