Hello everyone,

I unfortunately need to repaint some areas inside the house. Since the floors (vinyl adhesive flooring) were already installed, the floor has some wall paint (emulsion paint) on it. How can I best remove these paint spots?

Thanks in advance

No problem with a steam cleaner. If using a cleaning agent, use only the one recommended by the manufacturer and apply it lightly damp.

I clean our vinyl floor using a spray mop. This gives the floor a silky sheen.

Using a steam cleaner works very well; I can recommend it to everyone. You wouldn’t believe how much dust and dirt accumulates on a construction site.

May I ask what kind of steam device you have?

Is your flooring glued down or installed as a floating floor? What type of backing does your vinyl have?
