after installing the cladding and thermal insulation on my house, the question arises about storing leftover materials. Does it make sense to keep approximately 5m2 (54 sq ft) of surplus facing bricks, and if so, what can they be used for?
I look forward to your answers.
Best regards,
Jürgen

And with the rest, you can pave a small area or build something, for example, a grill.

Do not dispose of them under any circumstances. I would also keep some for repairs in case any work needs to be done on the facade later. They match the color perfectly, which cannot be guaranteed with later firing processes.
And anything you don’t need can be passed on. We sold our leftover facing bricks to the new homeowners at a reasonable price. I once checked classified ad sites where even bricks from demolition houses are often listed for around 1€ per brick. They are great for making many nice things in the garden.
