ᐅ Relocating a Wall Including Window Installation – What Are the Costs?

Hello everyone,

My family and I are considering extending part of the terrace wall outward in our mid-terrace house (see architectural drawing). Do you have an idea of what costs might be involved, and are there any specific building regulations or permits (building permit / planning permission) we should be aware of?

Who planned this for you? Did they also take into account that there is a wall from the upper floor resting on the ceiling above the wall to be demolished? It is essential to consult a structural engineer.

For the costs, ask an architect or, even better, a contractor who will carry out the work for you.
