Hello!
I wanted to register as a new customer with IKEA Germany. This was not possible because an account with my email address already exists.
In fact, I created an account with IKEA Germany four years ago. So, I tried to log in again. Unfortunately, I did not have the password, so I requested a new one. However, I did not receive the new password at my email address.
I know that I could register with a different email address. However, I would like to understand why I did not receive the new password.

Hello,

for me, the new password reset works fine (I hadn’t used my account for 6 years, I just tried it). Maybe the email ended up in your spam folder?
