ᐅ Rectangular recessed ceiling spotlights with GU10 socket

Can anyone recommend rectangular (preferably adjustable) recessed ceiling spotlights for GU10 bulbs? I want to install my LED spotlights myself in my new build.

Besides the standard spotlights, I also need ones suitable for bathrooms. I would appreciate any advice.

The headline should say ceiling, not thickness.

Have a look at Briloner LED lights; they are a bit more expensive but have a very low installation height and do not require a transformer.
