ᐅ Recommendations for Turnkey Concrete Construction Companies in the Dingolfing District

We have purchased a plot in a new development area (small village outskirts) and need/want to build a single-family house according to the permitted development plan (which I assume is common for new residential areas). We would like to build with solid construction and either turnkey or with minimal personal involvement.
I have seen advertisements from Town & Country Trausnitz and a local one-man construction company (an appointment to discuss has already been arranged with him). Does anyone have experience with Trausnitz Town & Country? We are not so sure about the franchise/chain approach, but unfortunately, we don’t know any construction companies in the nearby area or region ourselves.
If anyone can recommend construction companies for Landkreis Dingolfing (Lower Bavaria) (solid construction, turnkey) based on personal experience or general knowledge, it would be very helpful.

There is a moderated section here https://www.hausbau-forum.de/forums/erfahrungen-mit-hausbau-firmen.119/ – there, by entering the names of district towns around your building location, you will find companies that have been discussed. Town & Country are not all bad ;-) but it is an umbrella brand whose partner companies vary widely in quality depending on the region. In my opinion, the best construction companies are found by walking around local development areas in person.

Thank you very much for the link and the information. I have noted this regarding Town & Country; this is not meant as general criticism of the franchise/company. I was more referring to the fact that very little or no customization might be possible with them. I will try to find reviews for them in our area and will also check the link you provided.
