Hello,

I have a question regarding my printer, and I urgently need a new desk. I currently print 2–3 times a day. My toner is running low, and I found the correct toner at (Censored—no advertising). What should I pay attention to when buying toner? Are there specific specifications I should look for?

Additionally, I need the right desk. I would like a white one with a dedicated printer shelf so I can quickly access the printer, but it should not be in the way. Which model would you recommend? Thanks!

So, my printer is placed on a lacquered shelf that is mounted on the wall. It works perfectly, even though my printer is quite old and rattles and shakes a lot when it operates 🙂

Is that sturdy enough? I still have 2 lacquer shelves that I haven't hung up yet and I'm not quite sure what to put on them. But it sounds like an idea!

I use a Vika, very simple. It fits perfectly in my room! However, I’m not a fan of huge tables, especially computer desks, if you’re looking for something special..

@Kathi89 – What do you mean exactly by printer shelf? My printer is just on the desk...!

I have a Galant desk and I’m actually quite happy with it. The “actually” refers to the fact that the desk shakes noticeably when printing, which also affects the monitor. I tightened the screws on the T-legs (almost stripped them…), but it still wobbles. Otherwise, the desk looks professional and isn’t cluttered. The surface is sturdy and easy to clean. For the price, I would definitely buy it again.

I wouldn’t place the printer on the same Ikea table where the PC/monitor is located. Ikea tables aren’t very sturdy, so the printer tends to shake a lot when it’s running.
