ᐅ Recommendations for Structural Building Companies for Turnkey Construction in Dingolfing District

We have purchased a plot of land in a new development area (small village outskirts) and need/want to build a single-family house according to the “approved development plan” (which I assume is standard for new development areas). We prefer solid construction (but are also considering prefabricated houses) and want either a turnkey solution or with minimal own labor.
I have seen advertisements from Town & Country Trausnitz, a small local construction company (Hötschlbau – appointment already arranged for a discussion), and a “master carpenter” company Holzbau Huber (appointment arranged, but only in about 8 weeks as they have no earlier availability) and have contacted them accordingly. Does anyone here have experience with Trausnitz Town & Country? We are a bit uncertain about the franchise/chain option, especially because of many “special” requests, but unfortunately, we don’t personally know any local builders in the area.
If anyone could recommend construction companies (solid construction, turnkey) for the Dingolfing district (Lower Bavaria) based on personal experience or general knowledge, that would be very helpful.

schubert7922 Feb 2021 18:36We built with Penzkofer 8 years ago and were satisfied. We were also in talks with Heimerl Bau, who were also strong contenders. Due to a personal recommendation, we chose Penzkofer. Friends built with Heimerl about 3 years ago and are also very satisfied. We stayed overnight in the Heimerl show home in Rosenhof. Very interesting experience.
