ᐅ Recommendations for General Contractors in Hanau / Main-Kinzig District / Frankfurt Metropolitan Area – Thanks for Your Tips

Hello everyone,

We are currently looking for someone to carry out our construction project with us. Specifically, we are searching for a general contractor who specializes in solid construction. Prefabricated house providers and architects are initially excluded.

We have the option to have the design planning done by an architect, but we at least need a site manager. Since we cannot find a freelance site manager, we are now looking for a general contractor who ideally can build based on the design planning.

So far, we have found the following companies:
- B.K. Construction Company from Bruchköbel
- Nidderau Objekt-Bau GmbH
- Heim & Haus Solid Construction GmbH from Nidderau
- Weton from Limburg

Unfortunately, we have no information about these companies, and perhaps you have ideas, suggestions, or experience to share. We would be very happy to hear from you :-)

Hello Peter,

Although we are building with an architect, I have only heard good things about WETON from Limburg. Their quote was higher than the cost estimate from our architect, but these are not really comparable anyway.
I don’t know the other companies and cannot comment on them.
