ᐅ Recommendations for construction companies in the Franconia region

Hello everyone!
You can probably tell from my lack of details that we are still quite at the beginning of our building project...
So far, I haven’t really been able to find anything relevant for me/us during my research, which is why I would like to ask you for general information or recommendations, possibly based on your experiences, when it comes to choosing a good home builder.
Here are the basic conditions:
- Plot already owned, 520 square meters (about 5600 square feet)
- Single-family house, turnkey desired (approximately between 120 and 170 square meters / 1300 and 1800 square feet)
- Solid construction (masonry or solid precast elements, such as those used by companies like Dennert Massivhaus)
- Gable roof, one and a half stories
- Basement yes
- Budget (house): maximum 275,000 euros
- Location: near Nuremberg
Maybe a lot of information is still missing… please bear with me. It would be an advantage to have a central point of contact (but this is not the most important criterion). What really matters – no surprise – is that the house building process runs reasonably well.
I would really appreciate any information or recommendations you can share.

Interesting thread! We are also from Middle Franconia (Nuremberg/Fürth/Erlangen area) and are currently looking for a reliable solid construction house builder in the region (doesn’t have to be the cheapest, quality is worth the price!). We have already read a lot about Köhnlein Massivhaus (KMH), Büttner Massivhaus, and Noriplana Massivhaus, all of which offer house designs in their “standard repertoire” that appeal to us. Their Google reviews are mostly positive as well (ratings around 4.x).
Is there anyone here in the forum who can provide direct personal feedback on these three companies (ideally someone who has actually built with them)? We would appreciate any tips 🙂

I just had a look at Dörr Haus. It looks good at first glance and offers house types that appeal to us! I will add it to “our list”!
