ᐅ Recommendation for Construction Supervision in the Potsdam Area

Hello, we are about to finalize a house construction contract in the Potsdam area. Has anyone had positive experiences with building inspectors or experts who accompany the construction process and can protect us from unwanted surprises? We are considering a budget of around 3,000 euros. The net construction cost of the house (excluding extras and additional building costs) is approximately 230,000 euros. Thank you very much!

We built a solid, single-family house with a pitched roof last year in Brandenburg. It has 127m² (1,367 sq ft) of living space and is equipped with a heat pump.

Overall, the construction process went very well.

Nevertheless, we were very glad to have our independent construction supervisor.

So, if you are building in Berlin or Brandenburg, feel free to ask us for a recommendation.

There were several situations where, as non-experts, we misjudged things or did not make the best decisions.

The construction supervisor was also a great help regarding our own contribution to the work.
