Hello everyone,
I am currently working on the building permit / planning permission and since I am getting new windows, I would like to order them in gray/anthracite.
Now my construction manager told me that I should expect about a 20% surcharge if I don’t choose standard white PVC window frames but instead go for my preferred color.
Is that still really the case today? Do RAL colors actually cost extra?
I would really appreciate any answers, otherwise I guess I will have to visit the window manufacturer next week.

Yes, that is completely normal. The 20% is also normal. Reflect on how often per day you will look at it from the outside versus how often from the inside, and then decide if you want to do something different with the 20%. We preferred to invest the money in the garden. Karsten

The first elements usually start to look a bit dirty after a while, especially from the outside.
