We would like to design a wall unit using Besta components through the configurator, but we have encountered the following issues:
* Contrary to combinations we saw in the showroom, the planner does not allow placing 20cm (8 inch) deep shelves (not wall shelves!) on the corresponding 120cm (47 inch) wide TV cabinets. Is this technically not supported or only possible with custom modifications?
* Although we have stacked four 120cm (47 inch) wide wall panels in our plan, it is not possible to attach a TV wall mount. According to the planner’s help section, this should be possible with at least three panels stacked.
This is not a problem with the flash plugin or anything similar, as we have tested it on four different computers with different operating systems and browsers and always get the same result.
