If I use this plan, I have a problem with the IKEA baseboard because it is only 8cm (3 inches) high, but here it should be at least 9cm (3.5 inches). Also, the kitchen cabinets are 88cm (35 inches) high. The feet can apparently be extended up to 87.5cm (34.5 inches). But if I extend the feet that far, I’ll need an even higher baseboard (6cm (2.5 inches) = 15cm (6 inches), I assume). So far, that’s what I’ve figured out, but I don’t know how to solve this. (I also have no experience with this.)

I don’t care about the cabinet fronts for now. What’s important to me is that the dishwasher is installed. Then I’ll take a few weeks later to focus on the fronts.

Hello,

just a quick note about the dishwasher: it’s best to take a look at the installation manual. When installed at the end of a run (meaning there is only one side panel), an additional panel is used.

Best regards,

Hello,
most of the questions have already been answered somewhere, but you really have to read through a lot.

1) The countertop should not be supported by the dishwasher. Therefore, a supporting panel must be installed next to it. You can make this from a side panel. If there is a wall directly next to it, you can also support the countertop with, for example, two UTBY support legs and just cover the gap between the dishwasher and the wall with a filler panel.

2) As long as there is no risk of the base cabinets tipping forward, for example, if all loaded drawers are pulled out at the same time, it is sufficient to place the cabinets on the four legs. Use common sense as with everything else.

3) Watch the videos:
(Chapter #2 from 1:30)

4) They will hold up as long as you do not remove and reinstall the carcass rails multiple times. Otherwise, the holes in the cabinet body will wear out and the screws will no longer hold properly.

5) See videos.

The cabinet height is 80cm (31½ inches), the legs are set to the standard 8cm (3 inches). With a 4cm (1½ inches) countertop, the working height is 92cm (36 inches). The dishwasher is designed for a maximum niche height of 87.5cm (34½ inches). It may therefore be necessary to place the dishwasher on a raised base, for example, a piece of countertop material. For a semi-integrated dishwasher, you need ERSÄTTARE, a 20cm (8 inches) high and a 60cm (24 inches) high front panel.
