Tacklekalle28 Jun 2011 13:57Hello,
An architect roughly estimated 800 m³ (28,250 ft³) of living space for me during an initial consultation (bungalow with 120 m² (1,292 ft²) of living area, exterior dimensions 12 x 14 m (39 x 46 ft), hipped roof, not converted).
He then applied a cost of 260€ per m³ (7,360 per 1,000 ft³) based on a mid-range standard.
1. Isn’t 800 m³ a rather rough overestimation?
2. Is his fee already included in the 260€ per m³?
Thanks a lot for your help!!! 🙄

Hello,
No idea, could be, or maybe not.
No idea, could be, or maybe not. But most likely not 😉
Honestly, how is anyone supposed to judge whether the architect miscalculated your house or not?
But try calculating it yourself 😉
Best regards
