ᐅ PUR or PIR Sandwich Panels – Which Is "Healthier"?

I wanted to order sandwich panels today. Most suppliers still offer PUR panels, but one shop offered me PIR panels, mentioning that PUR is no longer allowed to be produced.
What is the reason for this? Why should PUR no longer be allowed to be manufactured?
Does PUR emit more in its normal state?

What do you want to do with the panels? As far as I know, PUR is still commonly offered by various manufacturers.
