In a residential development, we can either buy a corner lot or a lot in the middle of the same street. What are the pros and cons of a corner lot?
The lighting and slope are similar. Price per square meter (square foot) is the same.

Snow removal obligation, sidewalk sweeping, road improvement fees, paying for hedge/fence alone, visibility triangle —> center!

I am speaking from my own experience: a condominium, albeit located on a corner plot. Never again!
We actually had to pay road construction fees twice, maintenance costs are higher, and above all: much more traffic noise—even though we live in a relatively quiet area!
