ᐅ Proof of Firefighting Water Supply

on my to-do list is the fire water retention verification. Now I am wondering whether I actually need it because:

1. a development plan is in place, and in my opinion, something like this should have been planned during site development
2. there is also a hydrant sign diagonally opposite our plot

You will definitely need the certification, even if the sky is falling – these are officials.

It has now been clarified that the fire water supply verification is obsolete with the building plan or is already included in it.
