ᐅ Issues with an Attached Garage – Experiences?

Hello, I would like to have some positive and negative aspects of an attached garage described.

Positive: level with the house
Negative: possible dampness and coldness in the rooms above?

So, having the garage inside the house has the advantage that you don’t have to go outside in bad weather (rain, snow, etc.), allowing you to get into the car or unload groceries while staying dry.
Disadvantage: a larger footprint for the house is required.
