AchimRosprich18 Oct 2015 17:32Hello Forum,
Today, I installed 4 x 60cm (24 inches) downlights in our kitchen.
They were easy to install, with a lot of wiring, but overall I’m satisfied!
The transformer has 6 terminals, which I used one after another.
Lamps 1, 2, and 3 all worked perfectly – but after connecting lamp 4, the system started to flicker!
Can anyone explain this?
Any advice?
Any tips?
If I remove lamp 4 again, the other three stay lit steadily.
Thanks for your help.
Good luck, Achim.

a light fixture has a power consumption of 7.7 W. The transformer is only rated for a total of 20 W.

AchimRosprich18 Oct 2015 21:02I couldn’t find this value anywhere, thank you.
By now, I also saw (in an Ikea PDF) that there is a more powerful transformer available.
I guess I’ll have to go back...
Thanks and best regards, Achim.
