ᐅ Is the price realistic?

🙂Hello, we have received our first offer and I wanted to ask if the price is realistic. We have 200 sqm (2153 sq ft) of living space on two full floors. The offer is for a turnkey build. Included is some landscaping with about 50 sqm (538 sq ft) of paving. It includes an air-to-water heat pump and no basement for 208,000. Is this okay?

Attention! Turnkey usually means *excluding* flooring and wall coverings (not very logical, but that's how it is). I think we must have done something wrong because, for the stated amount, we would barely get half a house. 🙁

If the original poster (OP) would respond, we might know what you can get for 1000 €/m² (approximately $93/ft²). :-)

Without more detailed information, there is no reliable answer here....

Perhaps you could elaborate a bit and be more specific than just a two-liner...

What matters is what is stated in the scope of work description....

We also built in the Tuttlingen area, almost 160 sqm (1,722 sq ft) turnkey, and your price seems quite low to me.
