Hello,
We are interested in a prefabricated house (not wood) from Poland.
If anyone can provide good contacts or suppliers, please share the information.

Thank you very much for your help.

Good luck

I have looked into this myself, as I am Polish and we plan to build. It is not much cheaper than building with German companies. Also, you might face language issues if the workers or foreman only speak limited German.

I know two providers:
- Danwood
- Prefabeko (currently building in Fürstenwalde)

Thank you for your response.
There is no language barrier, as my wife is Polish.
I am somewhat surprised that the prices for houses from Poland are similar to those in Germany, because some people I know often say that prefabricated houses from Poland are (good and) affordable.

Which manufacturers do these acquaintances recommend then?

Yes, if you build them in Poland. Then you can get a great house for €1,000 - €1,250 / m2 (approximately $93 - $116 per sq ft). But if they have to build here, they also have to pay German wages (which is a good thing) and register a company in Germany. Additionally, they don’t have their heavy equipment (cranes, etc.) locally and have to rent it.

There are also only a few companies that do the entire build. Usually, they only do the shell, and you have to organize the rest yourself.

If your acquaintances know this, why don’t you ask them? They can probably recommend a few companies.
