We are building a semi-detached house with a prefabricated house company.
The floors, doors, and painting work are to be done as self-performed tasks.
How much should we expect to pay for plastering work (to prepare for subsequent painting or wallpapering)?
I would be very grateful for any answers.

How many times has your husband wallpapered a house?
I was just as confident: my plan was one room per day… hehe, close but no cigar…
We ended up taking at least twice as long as I had expected in the worst case.
Eventually, the energy and especially the motivation run out… then the work takes even longer.

I did this with friends and family in an apartment of about 65 m² (700 sq ft), covering all the walls and the ceiling, and spent around €60 in total on joint compound.
